1.System Operation Principle

This machine is operated by contact screen and controlled by PLC. Transmit to PLC by weighing sensor, level sensor, barrel in and out sensor, position limit sensor, door on-off sensor and module. PLC by dictate of contact screen control filling volume weighing meter. Output signal to control work process to finish filling and capping press.

3. Control Principle

Full machine includes barrel in conveyor, filling parts, conveyor with motor, capping parts. Finished products barrel out conveyor.

The equipment is in the form of 5 head 5 working, and it can finish the all process automatically except load the barrel. And the flow meter system adopts the way of first quick filling, then slow which make the measure and the recheck more easy and precise. And it also has the functions of automatically follow, correct the filling quantity. The conveyer system use the machine control the speed of the conveyer, ensure material won’t overflow when operating . In order to prevent the material spurt out ,it use the way of descend the position of the head. It also has the equipment of vacuum recycling, ensure the worktable are cleanness. When change the type of the barrel if required, just need adjust the height of the handwheel adjust filling system

The system uses the touch screen which can finish all the action rely on the screen automatically. So the manipulate can be more easy and directly. And can show you the display working estate, production and alarm function.

Capping Part is suitable for plastic pail capping, and it is easy to change pail. It has exchange device by manual or automatic. The barrel out system controls the speed to make the material do not spur out by PLC
